DIY Pecan & Molasses Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash yams and poke with a few small holes. Season with just enough olive oil to coat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until fork tender, approximately 45-60 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes. Slice potatoes in half and top with pecan molasses butter.
