DIY Roast Potatoes Kit

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash and cut potatoes into ¾ - 1 inch pieces. Rough chop rosemary and oregano. Place potatoes in large bowl with just enough olive oil to coat. Add salt, pepper, rosemary, and oregano. Spread seasoned potatoes onto sheet tray line with aluminum foil. Bake until potatoes are fork tender, approximately 30-40 minutes.
