Full Rack of Pork Ribs (uncooked)
Remove pork ribs from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature for 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place ribs still wrapped in foil on sheet pan and cook for 2 ½ to 3 hours. Begin to check ribs at 2 ½ hours. They should be soft with firmness to the meat. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 30 minutes leaving ribs in foil. Unwrap ribs and baste generously with BBQ sauce or glaze. Place back on sheet pan in 325 degree oven for 8 minutes or directly on medium heat on outdoor grill for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, careful not to burn ribs with flare ups from the flame.
